"Great service friendly staff" Sorry have to change my review due to them ringing us to say that a part that holds the rear fold down seat in firm is not covered by warranty, the car has few kilometres and is only 3 years old and looks brand new... To me this poses a safety hazard for my grandson who sits there sometimes, how they can assume it's something we broke, something that we can't even get too astounds me. I am so annoyed by this I wonder how much they value peoples safety and will not be considering a Subaru again even though my wife loves everything else about the car. On a good note at least the staff are still friendly. Update Thankyou for the dealer reaching out and offering to fix it no charge.

We are very happy with our car buying experience at Jarvis Subaru. Luke was great. He looked after us thru out the process. From the start, he was professional and very knowledgable and answered all our questions expertly. He kept us informed of progress during the delivery process. Our car was delivered on time with all accessories installed. Luke also followed up a couple of days after we picked up the car to ensure there were no issues.
