The staff were professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the service, keeping me well informed and explaining everything in a straightforward way. They also kindly fixed a small seat adjustment issue straight away without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The complimentary shuttle bus to the city was very convenient while my car was being serviced, especially for visitors who may not be familiar with the Adelaide CBD area.
